What is Handpoke Tattoo?
Handpoke tattoo, also known as stick & poke, is a traditional tattooing method done entirely by hand using only needles and ink. The design is created by carefully connecting dots on the skin to form patterns.
Because each dot is placed by hand, some may appear slightly soft or create a subtle “fuzzy effect” due to the natural variation in pressure. For this reason, the method may not be ideal for those seeking the crisp precision of machine tattooing.
However, handpoke tattooing is often less painful, which makes it appealing for many first-time clients. The process requires patience and experience, and this dedication is reflected in the delicacy and uniqueness of each piece.
